As you can see the best surfers in the world to be? Well, as you will have a very good wind surfer, so you can enjoy the thrill and excitement of this sport? If so, I would recommend a very good book for you, one that all the information you need to learn to windsurf. The name of the book;

“Windsurfing – better technology,” by Ben Oakley, 1987.

Although this book was written long before the state of the art in the surf, it is very good, and most of the basics are there. I recommend you all read this book windsurfers. The author is Ben a windsurfing coach and is known for his work and is often quoted in “Wind Surfing Magazine USA”

The art of learning technology is very different from the graphics and images as you have an idea, you must become one with the wind and waves. The author explains the nature and feeling, and tries to explain how the wind surfer is formed, a portion of his work with the forces of nature. Windsurfing includes combined use of different muscles in your body. Therefore it is crucial to practice some exercises to stay fit to continue practicing windsurfing for a long time. There are several windsurfers who focus exclusively on training prior to windsurfing. However, their ability to keep the mainsail to do some special exercises, after a session of surfing is just as important.
